		<description>I agree completely. SEO and SEM is becomming increasingly necessary in order to rank within the search engines. Whereas before adding title tags, meta tags, keywords and such like was enough to get you ranking - more and more Google is moving away from these SEO mainstays. Although still good practice a lot more focus is now being put on the off site SEO and SEM. Link backs, article submission, blog posts, viral marketing, social networking etc are just a few of the free (but time consuming) methods to increase Google rankings coupled with payed services PPC, Adwords etc there are many ways to effectively climb the Google ladder.</description>
