I grew up in Elizabeth and my very first pizza was from Spirtos and that's the pie that I judge every other pizza by. But first place goes to Vic's Tomato Pies in Bradley Beach, NJ. Everything about this pie is perfect. The crust is thin, the tomato sauce is the perfect tartness and the cheese just compliments the whole thing. And the true test is that even after you take it home and "warm" it up the next day, it still tastes good. You have to try it.......
